In today’s fast-paced business world, effective collaboration with clients is essential for success. To help you find the perfect tool for your needs, we’ve gathered recommendations from seven industry professionals, ranging from custom apps to comprehensive project management platforms. Discover their favorite tools for seamless client collaboration and why they love them in this insightful article.

  • Efficient Collaboration With Custom App
  • Wrike: Comprehensive Project Management
  • Miro: Visual Collaboration Made Easy
  • Brosix and Teamwork: Effective Collaboration
  • Asana: Simple, Powerful Collaboration
  • Slack: Versatile Communication Platform
  • Microsoft Teams: Secure Collaboration

Efficient Collaboration With Custom App

It’s an app that allows you to select ‌the content you share with clients. The way I like to work with clients is that they see the specific step-by-step progression of each task, but they only can edit in the comments box at a specific stage of the task. In addition, the client is automatically notified when comments can be added and can monitor the project at various stages.

Thanks to this solution, I work significantly more efficiently, and my relationship with clients has improved—they are calmer, and we communicate better as I don’t constantly get inquiries about the status of the project.

Wrike: Comprehensive Project Management

With Wrike, we can create custom workplaces dedicated to a specific project and collaboration with different teams, both in-house and those suggested by a client. We can sync calendars to ensure timely delivery on all projects, and there are many tools to track individual task progress. What I love most about Wrike is you can set up private chat rooms and contact clients in the inbox to sort out finer project details. It features several automation tools to automate mundane tasks.

Miro: Visual Collaboration Made Easy

Miro is a cloud-based whiteboard collaboration app with an intuitive interface that keeps everything organized in one place. No switching back and forth between various tabs. Collaborating with a client becomes a one-stop shop on a visual platform.

A huge perk is that it’s free, so there isn’t a barrier to entry to get any client to download it. Once they get onboard, they’re likely to convert themselves. Miro is especially helpful for design and any kind of visual or conceptual collaboration.

You could place charts, visual components, and even spreadsheets in the same file and move between them easily. Meetings about complex projects become far easier to navigate with Miro.

Brosix and Teamwork: Effective Collaboration

Stefan ChekanovMy name is Stefan Chekanov
and I am the co-founder and CEO of Brosix. Brosix is a Secure Instant Messenger focused on helping teams work together more effectively and share information in real time. I believe I can answer your questions.

We mainly use Brosix and Teamwork to collaborate with both clients and other members of the company. Brosix is the instant messaging that we use to communicate directly with clients. We also use it to send files securely to them as well.

Teamwork is our project management tool where we assign different tasks. Occasionally, we give access to it to our clients so they can double-check if the task outline is in order. I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have questions.

Asana: Simple, Powerful Collaboration

My favorite tool for collaborating with clients is Asana. Asana is a simple and powerful project management platform that makes it easy to manage tasks, share your progress, and stay organized. With Asana, you can assign tasks to team members, set due dates and reminders, prioritize projects, track progress against goals, and collaborate in real time.

Asana also allows you to integrate with other tools, such as Google Drive and Slack, to further facilitate collaboration. Asana offers an array of features that make it easy for clients to stay up-to-date on project progress with nothing more than a web browser.

Slack: Versatile Communication Platform

One of the best tools for collaborating with clients is Slack, a versatile messaging and collaboration platform. Slack offers a user-friendly interface and a wide range of features that make communication, file sharing, and project management more efficient. With the ability to create dedicated channels for specific projects, teams, or topics, Slack ensures that conversations and files are well-organized and easily accessible.

The platform also integrates with many third-party apps, such as Google Drive, Trello, Asana, and Zoom, allowing you to streamline your workflow and centralize your communication. Slack offers robust security features to protect sensitive information, making it a reliable choice for collaborating with clients.

Microsoft Teams: Secure Collaboration

My favorite tool for collaborating with clients has to be Microsoft Teams. It’s an extremely powerful, secure platform that makes it easy to collaborate and stay in touch with clients effectively. It offers a lot of features that make the collaborative process much easier. For instance, the chat feature lets you instantly message clients and other team members, making communication much more efficient and organized.

You can also use it to store documents and files which are easily accessible and shareable with everyone that needs them, allowing everyone to stay on the same page with tasks they’re working on together. I love using Microsoft Teams for collaborating with my clients because of its comprehensive features and capabilities, which help keep everyone connected regardless of their location.
